Program Description

Accounting, Business and Management (ABM) will prepare students for a career in accountancy, business and management. The academic strand prepares the students by equipping them knowledge of the basic principles of economics, accounting and good business. The strand provides skills to explain how businesses fit into the larger world and how businesses directly affect the lives of other people. It develops critical thinking among the ABM students to lead them through efficient management qualities and leadership styles that can resolve business issues.

Program Educational Objectives

The AMAES Academic track ABM strand has the following program educational objectives which will be achieved from one to four years after the student graduate from senior high school. These are:

1. Continue their baccalaureate degree in Accountancy, Business, and Management or other ABM related fields and
2. Contribute to the nation by joining the work force in ABM related jobs.

Career Prospects

An accounting, business and management program prepares students for a career in business, accounting and management which may stretch across any sector and industry. Graduates can also go on further study in college or in a university. The ABM graduates from AMAES can join the workforce as:

· Marketing Associates
· HR personnel
· Sales Associates
· Finance Associates
